We at Onlyautomator (collectively and individually “Onlyautomator”, “Company”, “we,” “us,” or “our”) respect your privacy, and therefore we undertake to do our best efforts to protect it. Accordingly, this Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) describes our policy regarding our users’ data, how we collect and process any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (“Personal Information”) and how we use it, whether collected and processed through the Onlyautomator website, or any related plug-in, console extension, or software (the “App”) during the use of the App as part of our services provided to our users (“Services”).
This Policy forms an integral part of our Terms of Use (the “Terms of Use”) and governs your use of our App and applies to all of the Services, features, and functionality offered by the Company. Unless specifically stated otherwise in this Policy, all capitalized terms shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the Terms of Use.
Your Acknowledgment of This Policy
By using the Services, you give your consent to our processing of any Personal Information as part of the Services, and that all Personal Information that you submit or that is collected through the App and/or our Services is true and may be processed by the Company in the manner and for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions set forth herein, please do not use our Services.
Personal Information You Provide to Us
Some of the Services as currently provided or may be provided in the future, require registration for the App. When registering for the App, you will be asked to provide the following Personal Information:

Please make sure you provide correct and complete information. Please note that without the foregoing information we will not be able to complete the registration and provide our Services. As long as the Personal Information you provided changes, you are requested to update us. We will retain your Personal Information in accordance with the requirements of the law.
The Personal Information you provide to the Company will be stored in the Company’s secure database which may also be held and managed by a hosting third-party. In addition, when contacting the Company, your inquiries with the Company may be retained and/or recorded for the purpose of monitoring and improving the App and the Services. You are not required to provide personal information by law.
Information We Collect
We only collect information using lawful means and our collection and use of such information is a legitimate interest within the meaning of applicable data protection laws. We will only retain personal information as long as necessary for the fulfillment of those purposes.
As part of our Services, our App provides data that allows users to easily plan, build, optimize, control, and scale their social media profile engagement to their needs.
The collection of data is carried out as follows: (i) data you provide us voluntarily, offline or through registration in the App (as noted above); (ii) data collected through your use of the App; or (iii) data collected by our proprietary technology on a legitimate interest basis by using the Services, which includes analytics and usage data for purposes of improving user’s needs and our products and services.
In order to provide our Services, our App collects, through our proprietary technology, a variety of information and data, including features of Personal Information, based on the permissions and authorizations given to us by you, and relying on their validity, including data attributed to the user profile at the social media website (such as OnlyFans), its users, followers, prospects, and respondents who contributed their content to the profile, posted comments, responses, or otherwise involved with your user’s profile. Such data may include information such as messages, earnings, referral stats, etc.

How We Use Your Information
We may use the information we collect for the following purposes:
- Provide, operate, and maintain our App and Services
- Improve, personalize, and expand our App and Services
- Understand and analyze how you use our App and Services
- Develop new products, services, features, and functionality
- Communicate with you, either directly or through one of our partners, including for customer service, to provide you with updates and other information relating to the App, and for marketing and promotional purposes
- Process your transactions and manage your orders
- Send you text messages and push notifications
- Find and prevent fraud
- For compliance purposes, including enforcing our Terms of Use, or other legal rights, or as may be required by applicable laws and regulations or requested by any judicial process or governmental agency
- Protect our interests – we may use your Personal Information when we believe it’s necessary in order to take precautions against liabilities, investigate and defend ourselves against any third-party claims or allegations, investigate and protect ourselves from fraud, protect the security or integrity of our services, and protect the rights and property of Onlyautomator, its users, and/or partners
- Compliance with legal and regulatory requirements – we may use your Personal Information to investigate violations, and as required by law, regulation, or other governmental authority, or to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process
Data Retention
We will not retain your data for longer than is necessary to fulfill the purpose it is being processed for. To determine the appropriate retention period, we consider the amount, nature, and sensitivity of the Personal Information, the purposes for which we process it, and whether we can achieve those purposes through other means.
If the Personal Information is no longer required, we will delete it regularly, unless its further temporary storage is still necessary to meet our legal obligations (e.g. in relation to claims) or to deal with complaints, queries, and to protect our legal rights in the event of a claim being made.
We will also consider if and how we can minimize over time the Personal Information that we use, and if we can anonymize your Personal Information so that it can no longer be associated with you or identify you, in which case we may use that information without further notice to you.
Sharing Data with Third Parties
We do not sell or disseminate Personal Information to third parties without your consent, other than as provided in this Privacy Policy.
In addition to using the information collected by us for the purposes described above, we may also share your Personal Information in the following cases:
- Onlyautomator Personnel: Personal Information that we collect and process may be transferred to or accessed by our personnel for the sole purpose of enabling the operation of the App and to contact you. Please note that all of our personnel that will have access to your Personal Information have an obligation of strict confidentiality with respect to such Personal Information.
- Service Providers: We share Personal Information with vendors, commercial software providers, consultants, and data processors who perform services on our behalf, including without limitation, companies that provide analysis, messaging services, and services which host the App. Please note that we collect, hold, and manage your Personal Information through third parties’ cloud-based services, as reasonable for business purposes, which may be located in countries outside of your jurisdiction.
- To comply with applicable laws and regulations or to respond to a subpoena, search warrant, or other lawful requests for information we receive, whether or not a response is required by applicable law.
- To enforce an agreement or to protect our rights.
- In the event of a legal dispute between you and the Company that requires the disclosure of your information.
- To consummate, and as part of, any asset sale, transfer, merger, or liquidation.
Note that we may share certain collected data containing Personal Information, on an anonymized basis, with our users based and business partners based on contractual obligations.
We also share Personal Information with service providers and third parties for our operational purposes and the below-described business purposes, including service providers who provide crucial functions such as web hosting, data analysis, payment processing, order fulfillment, information technology and related infrastructure, customer service, email delivery, security, and similar services.
Children’s Privacy
We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from anyone under the age of 18 or knowingly allow such persons to register to the App or the Services of the Company. If you are under 18, please do not use the App. No one under the age of 18 is allowed to provide any Personal Information to us. In the event that we learn that we have collected Personal Information from a child under the age of 18 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information as quickly as possible.
Your Privacy Rights
You have certain rights in connection with your information and the manner in which we handle it. Some of these rights may be subject to some exceptions or limitations. The following is a non-exhaustive list of privacy rights you may exercise under applicable data protection laws:
- Right to access your information: At any time, you may contact the Company at the address provided below, and request to access the information we hold about you.
- Correcting your information: We may need to ask you to provide certain information to make sure you are who you claim to be. If you find the information on your account is not accurate, complete, or updated, please provide us with the necessary information in order to correct it.
- Withdrawing your consent: You are entitled to contact us if you would like to withdraw your consent to the processing of your information. Exercising this right will not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before withdrawal.
- Deleting or restricting access to your information: You may request to delete or restrict access to your information. We may postpone or deny your request if your information is in current use for providing services or for other legitimate purposes, in which case we will let you know if we are unable to do so and why.

Please note that your experience using the App or the Services might be degraded, or certain functionalities may not work, if you opt-out of such collection.

We use industry-standard measures to ensure the security of all information, including the use of passwords, firewalls, encryption, and remote servers, and routinely evaluate our practices to identify security threats or opportunities for the improvement of our services. However, no transmission of information is guaranteed to be completely secure. Unauthorized entry or use, hardware or software failure, and other factors may compromise information security. You acknowledge and agree to assume this risk when communicating with us.
We will retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services. We will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
International Transfers of Personal Information
The server on which the Services are currently hosted is in the U.S and France. Note that the Services may be accessed outside the country from which you access them and may be outside your country of residence.
Therefore, you hereby grant your consent to the processing of your Personal Information outside of your current jurisdiction, and you acknowledge that such transfer is carried out in compliance with local privacy laws in relation to the collection, use, and saving of Personal Information. We will take all reasonable steps to ensure that your Personal Information is treated securely and in accordance with this Policy.
Changes to Our Privacy Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Policy from time to time. If we make material changes to this Policy, we will notify you by placing a post regarding those changes on the App or by other means of communications with you, as per our sole discretion. Changes to this Policy are binding and effective when they are posted on this page, and the "Last updated" date at the top will be revised.
